At AgriTruck Supply, we manufacture and deliver premium agricultural trucks, tractors, harvesters, planters, sprayers, and heavy machinery. Due to the custom-engineered nature of our equipment and international logistics, our return policy is designed for clarity, fairness, and legal compliance. The guiding principle is the Factory-Confinement Rule: returns are only supported for products that remain physically within our manufacturing premises in Jinan, China.
2. Eligibility for Return (Factory-Confinement)
Returns are only supported for products that are still within the confinement of our factory premises in Jinan, Shandong, China. Such returns will be processed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product has not been shipped, loaded, or dispatched from our factory.
- The product is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation.
- The return request is submitted in writing within 7 days of order confirmation (for non-custom items).
- The product is not a custom-manufactured or bespoke item (see Section 3).
3. Non-Returnable Items (Complete List)
The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:
Any machinery that has been dispatched via sea, air, rail, or road freight.
Equipment manufactured to client specifications (tractors, harvesters, planters, etc.).
Products that have been paid in full and scheduled for dispatch.
All spare parts, attachments, and consumables are final sale.
Once received by the client or their agent, the sale is final.
Any product with client-requested modifications, colors, or custom specs.
This policy aligns with international commercial practices where heavy machinery, especially custom-built equipment, cannot be returned after manufacturing or dispatch.
4. Post-Delivery Support (Instead of Returns)
While goods outside the factory cannot be returned, AgriTruck Supply provides robust after-sales support to every client worldwide. We believe in solving problems, not avoiding them. Our support includes:

Remote Troubleshooting & Video Guides: Step-by-step tutorials for maintenance, repairs, and optimization.
On-Site Recommendations: We can suggest local technicians or provide detailed manuals for complex repairs.
5. Client Responsibility & Order Verification
It is the sole responsibility of the client to:
- Ensure that all specifications, customizations, and details provided at the time of order are accurate and complete.
- Carefully review order confirmations, technical drawings, vehicle configurations, and optional accessories before production begins.
- Acknowledge that any changes after production starts may incur additional costs or delays — and do not create a right of return.
- Understand and accept the Factory-Confinement Return Policy before placing an order.
By placing an order with AgriTruck Supply, clients confirm they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these terms, which are designed for mutual trust, legal clarity, and operational efficiency.
6. Warranty & Defective Products
Our 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for tractors, harvesters, and heavy machinery from the date of factory dispatch. If a defect arises, we will provide:
- Free replacement parts (excluding consumables, tires, batteries, fluids).
- Remote technical support to diagnose and guide repairs.
- Discounted shipping for replacement components (client pays freight).
The warranty does not create a right to return the product. Warranty claims are resolved through parts replacement and technical support — not refunds or product exchanges. This approach ensures minimal downtime and maximum value for the client.
7. Legal Compliance & Governing Law
This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from returns or related matters shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jinan, Shandong, China, in accordance with CIETAC rules. By purchasing from AgriTruck Supply, you irrevocably consent to this jurisdiction and waive any right to bring claims in other courts.
This policy complies with Chinese export regulations and international trade norms, ensuring full legal validity for cross-border transactions.
