Once a product has left the factory premises, it is considered non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Products that have already been paid for in full.
  • Products that have been delivered and received by the client.

3. Post-Delivery Support

While goods outside the factory cannot be returned, we encourage our clients to contact us regarding any difficulties encountered with their product.
