- Returns are only supported for products that are still within the confinement of the factory.
- Such returns will be processed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the country of production.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Once a product has left the factory premises, it is considered non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Products that have been shipped.
- Products manufactured according to the client’s specific requirements and confirmed to fulfill their order needs.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Products that have already been paid for in full.
- Products that have been delivered and received by the client.
3. Post-Delivery Support
While goods outside the factory cannot be returned, we encourage our clients to contact us regarding any difficulties encountered with their product.
- If possible, we will provide guidance, troubleshooting, or assistance.
- In some cases, we may recommend solutions, spare parts, or technical support to help resolve product-related issues.
4. Client Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the client to:
